1. Payment Terms: Full payment on delivery as agreed. Payment terms based on Purchase Orders are net 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month.

2. Delivery: Delivery of commercial paper will be made to the address specified by the customer. The risk of loss or damage to the goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery.

3. Returns: Returns of commercial paper will only be accepted if the goods are defective or damaged upon delivery. Customers must notify us within 5 business days of receipt of the goods to be eligible for a return.

4. Pricing: Prices for commercial paper are subject to change without notice. All prices are quoted in US dollars and do not include any applicable taxes or shipping charges.

5. Warranty: We warrant that our commercial paper will conform to the specifications provided and will be free from defects in material and workmanship. Our liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective goods or a refund of the purchase price.

6. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the sale or use of our commercial paper.

7. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of the Republic of Cameroon, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the sale of commercial paper and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

9. Modification: These terms and conditions may not be modified or amended except in writing signed by both parties.

10. Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
